The latest live update placed 24-carat gold at BHD 51.70 per gram, while 22-carat gold stood at BHD 48.30 per gram. The move followed a modest dip during the afternoon session before prices recovered later in the day. For jewellery buyers, investors and residents tracking bullion-linked costs, the latest figures point to a short-term rebound, though prices remain below several levels seen earlier in September.
Latest Bahrain gold prices
The evening rate for 24K gold was BHD 51.70 per gram, up from BHD 51.10 a day earlier. The 22K rate rose to BHD 48.30, compared with BHD 47.70 yesterday.
For other commonly traded purities, 21K gold was listed at BHD 46.10 per gram, while 18K gold reached BHD 39.10 per gram. Both categories also posted gains from the previous day’s levels.
Intraday movement
Prices eased slightly in the afternoon before rebounding by evening. The 24K rate moved from BHD 51.40 in the morning to BHD 51.30 in the afternoon, then climbed to BHD 51.70. A similar pattern was seen in 22K, which moved from BHD 48.00 to BHD 47.90 before rising to BHD 48.30.
The intraday recovery suggests stronger late-session pricing after a softer midday reading.
Recent 30-day trend
Despite the daily increase, Bahrain’s gold rates remain lower than early September peaks. The 24K rate stood at BHD 55.20 per gram on September 3 and gradually eased through the month, touching BHD 50.60 on September 28 before recovering in recent sessions.
Over the same period, 22K gold moved from BHD 51.50 on September 3 to BHD 48.30 on October 2. Buyers may continue to watch international bullion prices, currency movements and local retail premiums before making purchases.
