Gulfood 2027 to Expand Global Food Trade Showcase in Dubai

Gulfood 2027 is set to return to Dubai with an expanded international platform for the food and beverage trade, scheduled for 15 to 19 March 2027 across Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre. The event is positioned as a major global sourcing hub, bringing together producers, buyers, suppliers, government bodies and industry leaders from across the food ecosystem. Organisers are promoting the next edition as a larger meeting point for global commerce, product discovery and market development, with participation expected from companies and decision-makers spanning nearly every major food-producing region.

A larger global sourcing platform

The 2027 edition is expected to feature more than 8,500 exhibitors and over 1.5 million products, reflecting the scale of demand for international food trade connections. The event will cover 195 countries, offering businesses access to established and emerging markets in one location.

Broad coverage across food sectors

Gulfood 2027 will showcase a wide range of categories, including dairy, fresh produce, oils, beverages, meat, grains and food logistics. The show is structured around dedicated sourcing sectors designed to help buyers identify suppliers, compare products and build partnerships across the full food value chain.

Business growth and market access

For more than three decades, Gulfood has served as a meeting place for companies seeking to expand distribution, enter new territories and strengthen supply networks. The 2027 event will continue that role by connecting food businesses with commercial opportunities, market insight and strategic industry relationships.

Dubai hosts the international trade gathering

Dubai will again serve as host city, reinforcing its role as a global centre for food trade and logistics. India has been listed as the country partner for the 2027 edition, adding further international focus to the event’s programme and business agenda.
