A prominent agricultural trade event in the Gulf Cooperation Council region is evolving to meet the demands of a changing industry. AgraME, known as the region’s longest-running exhibition for agriculture, animals, and aquaculture, is rebranding as GROWTECH Middle East. This strategic move aligns it with GROWTECH events in Antalya and Jakarta, creating a unified global platform.
Strategic Rebranding
Ahmed Khalil, Portfolio Director, emphasized that this evolution aims to amplify the event’s impact by connecting regional producers with worldwide innovations. The rebranding builds upon a 17-year legacy, establishing a global platform for agricultural progress while catering to the unique needs of the Middle East.
Aligned with Global Vision
This expansion aligns with a unified vision to strengthen every event within its portfolio. GROWTECH Middle East aims to scale not only agriculture but also animal health and aquaculture, ensuring each sector receives deserved visibility and opportunities for global collaboration.
Focus on the Future
The integration combines GROWTECH Middle East’s understanding of GCC market dynamics with GROWTECH Antalya’s leadership in greenhouse technologies and sustainable farming. Together, these events attract over 40,000 professionals and facilitate significant trade agreements annually.
Dubai Launch in 2026
The inaugural GROWTECH Middle East event is scheduled for September 8–10, 2026, in Dubai, UAE. The three-day event will offer opportunities for partnerships, product demonstrations, and knowledge sharing. Engin Er, Exhibition Director, expressed enthusiasm for bringing the GROWTECH brand to the Middle East, citing the region’s innovation potential.
