ONE of Bahrain’s leading experts on water resource management and sustainability will take part in a major conference that begins today as the region looks at ways to safeguard its most vital resource. Water Sciences and Technology Association (WSTA) vice president and Arabian Gulf University (AGU) professor of water resources management Dr Waleed Zubari will be a keynote speaker at the Oman Water Week conference .
