The FDA announced that Nara Organics is voluntarily recalling all lots of its Whole Milk Powdered Infant Formula. The company says the product may pose a potential risk of Clostridium botulinum contamination. The recall covers 700-gram and 400-gram containers sold nationwide through Target stores, Target.com, and Nara.com between July 2025 and June 2026.
Azuma Foods Tako Wasabi: undeclared fish concern
Azuma Foods International recalled Tako Wasabi–Seasoned Octopus with Wasabi because it may contain undeclared fish. The FDA warning indicates this could create serious allergic reactions for people with fish allergies or severe sensitivities. The recall covers 5.3-ounce three-pack products distributed across multiple states during late 2025 into early 2026.
